For the execution of a safety part for Dacia car it has been required to be implemented a complex multioperation flow.

The part is realized along of a flow consisting of 3 operational processes:

• Assembly of a metal flat washer and thread rolling of the axle.
• Covering of the surface through a series of chemical operations: degreasing, washing, conditioning, black finishing, washing, greasing.
• Over molding – injection of polyamide.

All these, in order to respond to the mechanical requirements, imposed by the criteria of safety.
