12 models for 16 assembly lines

The cooling fan module is a lance product in the collaboration with Renault group for which we produce 12 models of this product and feed 16 assembly lines from all continents.

For the assembling of this product we have 6 assembling station installed, were the electric motors are mounted, the balancing and the final inspection of the product takes place.

To assure the compliance in the assembly process and to avoid the human errors we use Poka Yoke security and control systems.

The used materials to inject components are:

• Polypropylene, (+glass fiber) – PP, (+GF)
• Polyamide (+glass fiber) – PA (+GF)
